This policy describes how Perrine Honoré ("we") collects and processes your personal data when you use this website. We are committed to collecting only what is strictly necessary and to never reselling it.
Data controller
The data controller is Perrine Honoré. For any question regarding your data, please write to perrine.honore@gmail.com.
Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide to us voluntarily:
- Contact form: name, email address, project type and the message you write. This information is sent via your email client (mailto link): it does not pass through any server of the website and is not stored in a database.
- Appointment booking: if you book a call, the information you enter is processed by Calendly, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
This website does not place any advertising cookies or tracking trackers.
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your requests and preparing a quote — legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Arranging a phone or video call — legal basis: your consent.
Retention period
Email exchanges are kept for the time necessary to process your request, then for the period required by our legal and accounting obligations (up to 10 years for contractual and accounting documents). You may request their deletion at any time where no legal obligation prevents it.
Data recipients
Your data is intended only for Perrine Honoré. Certain technical service providers may have access to it strictly within the scope of their service:
- Vercel — website hosting;
- Calendly — appointment booking;
- Google Fonts — font display (may receive your IP address when loading).
As some of these providers are located outside the European Union, any transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to perrine.honore@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

This policy may be updated at any time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
