Background

Thirteen years of product development, split between engineering roles inside large organisations and independent work. In France that meant building for Leroy Merlin, Auchan, UGAP, ADEO, Worldline, Atos and Keolis — high-traffic platforms where a mistake is measured in lost orders rather than in style points.

Alongside that, products built for teams in Canada, Sweden and New Zealand. Working across time zones is not an adaptation for me; it is how a large share of my projects have always run.

Products built end to end

Beyond client engagements, three platforms designed and developed from scratch and running in production today:

  • ioUman Teleconsultation platform for integrative health.
  • Rentoall Storage space rental marketplace, web and mobile.
  • Moobster Marketplace for event industry talent.

How I work

You talk to the person writing the code. There is no account manager in between, which means no information lost in translation and no three-day delay to answer a technical question.

Every engagement starts with a free scoping call and a written scope. The price is then fixed: no overage billing on a scope already agreed. If the budget doesn't cover the desired scope, we cut the scope — never the estimate. The complete source code is handed over, hosting stays in your name, and nothing depends on a proprietary tool whose keys you don't hold.

I also say no. Projects without a decision-maker, timelines below their scope, or taking over undocumented code without an audit — I turn those down rather than accept and miss the commitment. It is the only way the timelines I give on everything else hold.
